Hello Riverwalk Tucson homeowners,
The Riverwalk Tucson 2020 Annual Meeting of the Members was Wednesday, April 29, 2020 at 6:00 pm and held by telephone, which is allowed by the Arizona Revised Statutes.
The Meeting addressed only the absolute necessary information as required within the Arizona Revised Statues.
- Quorum was met by 23 ballots received. Thank you for voting, we appreciate it!
- The 2019 Draft Annual Meeting Minutes were approved by ballot.
- Mike Gruber was re-elected back to the Board of Directors for another two-years.
