With the recent resignation of prior Board Member, Rachel Johnson, the Board of Directors acting in accordance with the Arizona Revised Statutes and the community Bylaws, have appointed Russell Varineau to complete Rachel’s term. Russell is now the acting Vice President and the position is through the 2021 Annual Meeting of the Members. Russell will have the opportunity to re-run if he would like to continue to serve on the Board for the 2021 Election.
