Hello Riverwalk Tucson Homeowner,
This posting is to follow up regarding recent violation notices about window coverings of an unacceptable color based on the Association’s Governing Documents.
There are multiple homes in the community for which owners received the same notice. This triggered a review by the HOA management company and Board of Directors. Riverwalk Tucson’s original developers wrote the Governing Documents but were not able to finish the project as planned. The community was completed by a second builder that neither upheld nor updated Governing Documents regarding the color of window coverings.
Accordingly, our intention is to modify Governing Documents to provide a reasonable solution. In the meantime, owners in receipt of the violation notice may disregard the violation notice received regarding this topic. No further violations for this matter will be forthcoming. However, if any owner make any changes by choice, please submit an Architectural Review Submittal prior to making the change.
