Notice of Townhome Annual Roof Inspections
June 15 – 19, 2020
Hello Riverwalk Tucson Townhome Owner,
It is time for Annual Roof Inspections. Tuhavi has again been retained to do this work. Because these inspections are required by the CC&Rs, individual permissions for rooftop access are not necessary.
Access will be via a telescopic boom lift, so there is no need for someone to remain in the home. Inspections are scheduled to begin Tuesday, June 16, and should be completed by Friday, June 19. Due to extreme summer temperatures, you may expect to hear footsteps on your roof as early as 5:30 am.
If you are a landlord, please make sure your tenant(s) are aware so there are no surprises!
Please make sure your roof is as clear as practical of furniture and other items, as Tuhavi’s role is to inspect the entire surface.
Following inspections, the Association will be provided a full report. If any maintenance is recommended for your roof, you will be mailed a copy of the report showing the condition. For essential repairs, you will be given 60 days to provide a receipt showing the work was completed. Keep in mind, faulty conditions on any one roof may affect adjacent townhomes.
