The Riverwalk Tucson Board of Directors shall meet in a closed, telephonic Hearing Session to review violation matters on Monday, January 25, 2021 at 6:00pm.
Violation matters have increased:
- Parking on garage aprons prohibited unless for SHORT load and unload.
- Animal Waste not being properly picked up and disposed of in courtyards.
- Animal Waste in the common areas being left by pet owners.
- Trash & Recycle containers being placed too early or left long after appropriate timelines on service dates.
- Inappropriate storage visible from outside of the courtyards.
- Courtyard Maintenance Owner Responsibility- weeds, trimming of foliage as needed.
- Multiple modifications being made without the proper Architectural Review Submittals.
Owners are responsible to ensure that they and their rentals are adhering to the community rules.
