Notice of Board of Directors Meeting (Open)

Per Arizona State Statute 33-1248 (condo) or 33-1804 (single family homes): All meetings of the Association and Board of Director Meetings are open to all members of the Association or to any person designated by a member as a member’s representative in writing, so desiring shall be permitted to attend and speak at an appropriate time during the deliberations and proceedings. The Board may place reasonable time restrictions to speak before the Board takes formal action on an item under discussion.
Member/Owners or appointed representative may complete a SPEAKER CARD and indicate the Agenda Item that you wish to speak about after Board Discussion but prior to Voting and give it to the Property Manager prior to the Agenda Item is approached during the meeting.
Roberts Rules of Order: Board Member makes a Motion. Board Member seconds the Motion BEFORE any discussion. If there is no second, there is no discussion and Motion dies. Board discusses before a Member/Owner. Board will call on Speaker Card to be heard prior to Vote. Board Votes.
Immediately following the open session, the Board shall convene into an Executive Session which is closed as they review confidential reports relating to delinquency and violation matters.
