Hello again Riverwalk Tucson homeowners,
This is new information regarding the City of Tucson’s Brush & Bulky service that had been scheduled for 7-20-20.
According to the City of Tucson’s Brush & Bulky Department, the service was ONLY scheduled for 7-20-20.
We can only assume that they either did not come or did not have a gate code. They have a gate code now.
Today, 7-30-20, City of Tucson’s Brush & Bulky Department has put in a Work Order to have the items picked up.
Unfortunately, they can not confirm when. It will be anytime tomorrow up to end of next Tuesday (7-31-20 thru 8-4-20) .
The City of Tucson’s Brush & Bulky service is seemingly new and started in 2019. The association does not pay for residential
Trash service so the Association was not aware of this new service or when it is scheduled by the City of Tucson.
No violations will be generated for the items that have been left out and not picked up through Tuesday, August 4, 2020.
If your items are not picked up by City of Tucson Brush and Bulky then you will need to store them out of view or dispose of them in another manner.
We ask that loose stuff and debris be gathered and secured so that they cannot blow around the community making a mess.
