COVID-19 WARNING
All residents and visitors to Riverwalk are encouraged to practice physical distancing and wear a face covering if contact closer than six feet is necessary.
Additionally, to mitigate risk of contagion, community public areas – pool, fitness room and clubhouse – remain closed to all Riverwalk homeowners, residents, family, friends and guests indefinitely.
This situation will continue to be evaluated by the Homeowners Association Board of Directors.
However, the HOA has no protection from a lawsuit should anyone allegedly contract the coronavirus while enjoying Riverwalk’s facilities. Even if the HOA were to prevail, legal costs could quickly exhaust financial reserves needed to maintain the community.
The best outcome seems to be wide-spread availability and adoption of a COVID-19 vaccine.
