Greetings Riverwalk Tucson Neighbor,
Happily New Year, there will be no increase in monthly assessments for 2019! After a thorough review of our recently updated Reserve Study, your Board of Directors determined all needs – operating expenses for the current year and funding required reserves – can be met.
However, to maintain the Riverwalk Tucson community lifestyle, each of us needs to do our part. If you are procrastinating about New Year’s resolutions, here are a several suggestions. For those who are all set, consider a few more…
- Keep garbage and recycling containers in your garage or behind the wall until Sunday evening for Monday morning collection; return them promptly thereafter.
- Pick up after your dog(s). And pick up after others who do not.
- Prior to making any modification to your home, save yourself time and money by submitting a proper request with the Architectural Review Committee.
