RIVERWALK TUCSON HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
NOTICE OF CLOSURE
APRIL 3, 2020; before or by 5:00pm
Dear Homeowners and Residents,
Based on Governor Ducey’s Executive Order, his encouragement for Arizonan’s to continue outdoor activity did not include the usage of pools, spas, and fitness rooms.
As you know the COVID-19 virus situation and accompanying directives from the CDC and government are changing daily. The board takes the health and safety of all our owners and guests very seriously. The board has made a sincere effort to keep the pool, spa and fitness room open and available for as long as possible.
Based on the risk to our association as advised by our attorney and insurance carrier, we are taking the following actions effective Friday, April 3, 2020 before or by 5:00pm.
- The pool and spa will be closed indefinitely until such time that it can be safely reopened.
- The fitness room will be closed indefinitely until such time that it can be safely reopened.
- The bathrooms and showers are also under order of non-use indefinitely until such time that usage is reopened.
We understand that this will not be a popular decision for many of you but the risk to the association is too great to keep these areas open. We join the majority of other communities who are taking these same actions.
We do wish everyone safety and good health during these difficult times.
