Hello Riverwalk Tucson homeowners,
Due to Covid-19 and the restrictions placed by the municipalities, the common areas for usage such as the pool, spa, Fitness Room, and Rec Room remain closed until further notice.
The restrictions implemented are too rigid for the Association to meet and have these areas open for use with the safety of users in mind. The Board shall keep a close eye on the changes from the municipalities for when these area may be opened for use.
We understand and feel the same frustration with Covid-19 causing so much disruption. In the long run, health and safety are forefront and have to be the number one priority.
We continue to wish you all safety and hope that a solution is on the horizon sooner than later.
