Hello homeowners,
We have recently been provided information and a video of javelina that found their way into Riverwalk; seemingly going for trash containers.
Based on several reasons, the Association nor HBS Management Solutions would be able to keep wildlife out:
- realistic proximity of the development adjacent to the riverbed
2. as well as open desert in directions surrounding the community
3. plus there are fence lines that do not create low barriers.
What we can do is remind residents that they live side by side to wild life.

We would encourage people NOT to approach wildlife when they are present. They can be dangerous when they feel threatened.
